With no transparency about their decisions, with no appeals, with no context. Not only, they have banned even domains that aren't even federated, just because they were associated to some of the admins/mods! Their level of moderation is extremely poor and they aren't even explicit upfront with their users that, despite being a large instance, they won't see a good chunk of the Fediverse there. And, being such a large instance, their bad and unaccountable moderation has a huge impact on the Fediverse as a whole, as many just copy their blocklists around and end up blocking legitimate instances without knowing why.
